1. Corporate Tax Returns and Planning- We work with you  to ensure that tax returns  are prepared accurately and are filed on time.
2. Accounting and Bookkeeping- We complete this for the clients using Quick Books and Xero to ensure that books of account  are  maintained as per the acceptable standards i.e. GAAP or IFRS basis
3. Personal Tax Returns-We ensure that individual returns are filed on time and accurately and also ensure that individual gets necessary credits/refunds etc.
4. Outsourcing Payroll-We will help streamline client’s payroll using ADP software ( primarily) to ensure that there is savings, compliance  as per the requirements of States, and reduce audit risk.
5. Valuation Services –We provide various valuation services like Enterprise Valuation, ESOP, Merger & Acquisitions , Fair Value Options and Intangible Valuations
